Submitting Tickets to HUGO Support


Use the following instructions to submit product feedback and or a support ticket:

1. Select the "Help" button when you have feedback, an issue, or a request to share with the HUGO Support Team. (Note: you can access the Help button from any page on HUGO).

2. Select "Contact Us" and enter your contact details (name, email, and message):


3. Take a screenshot or Attach a file to the message and click "Send"

4. Check your inbox for an email from HUGO Support.

5. Check the status of your ticket at any time by clicking the link provided in the email from and logging in to your HUGO account.
