How can I get help?

At HUGO, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Whether you have questions about your timesheet, need technical support, or require assistance with any aspect of the platform, there are several ways you can get in touch with the HUGO team for help.

1. From Inside Your HUGO Account

  • Contact & Support:
    • On the left-hand menu of your HUGO dashboard, click on "Contact & Support". Here, you’ll find contact details for each member of your Service Team, including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Help Widget:
    • You can also click on the "Help" widget located at the bottom-right of your screen.
    • In the pop-up, select "Contact Us" to access the contact form.
    • Fill out the form with your query, and your request will be routed to the appropriate Client Service team member for assistance. 

2. Via Phone or Email

  • Phone Support:

    • Reach the HUGO Client Services team by calling toll-free at 866-504-HUGO (4846).
