While your account is suspended, your ability to use the HUGO platform will be significantly restricted.
What You Can and Cannot Do
- Limited Access: You can log in to your HUGO account, but your ability to interact with the platform is restricted.
- View Only Mode: You can view your existing job postings, candidates, and account information, but you cannot make changes or updates.
- Job Management Restrictions: You cannot create new job postings or edit existing ones, with the exception of extending the end date of in-progress jobs.
- Candidate Interaction Blocked: You cannot communicate with candidates, send offers, or invite candidates to apply.
- Dashboard Limitations: Your dashboard functionality will be reduced, as you will be unable to perform certain actions.
