Responding to and Managing Interviews

Great News! You've been invited to interview! Now what? 


Login to your HUGO dashboard and head to the "Needs your attention" section to review your interview invitations, updated interview requests, and interview details. 



By clicking on the "Interview Requests" tab in this section, you will also have the ability to:

  • Request Different Time Slots: If you are unavailable during the time slots provided, you can request additional time slots from the client. 
  • "Submit Response"Once you have selected a time (or requested more times), click “Submit Response” to send it back to the client to respond.
  • "No Thanks" button: Not interested? If you are not interested in the job, click the No thanks - decline the job” button to remove the job from Saved jobs or Matched jobs. The client will receive a note saying that you are unavailable.
  • Updated Interview Request: If the client responds with more time slots, a new Action Item will appear on your dashboard. 
  • Interview Confirmation: Once you have selected a time slot and the client confirms, you will receive a notification indicating that the interview has been confirmed. 
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel the interview you can select the “+Need to cancel?” button and provide a note to the client on why you had to cancel. 
  • No longer Available?: If you are no longer available to interview for jobs, update your availability under the "Settings" tab in your account. More information here.
