When you are invited to apply to an opportunity, the opportunity is added to your HUGO dashboard.
To locate your opportunities:
- Log into HUGO and click "Invitations to Apply" to view all jobs you've been invited to. You will see your action items under the column heading: "Needs your attention" - click on that to review your invites to apply.
- Select the desired job by clicking on the job title, and then click on "Read the invitation".
- Respond to your invitation to apply:
- Interested: Select “Submit My Profile”. Once you click submit, your full profile will be viewable by the client and the job post will be moved to the “Applied Jobs” section of the My Jobs tab in the left-hand menu of your account.
- Not Interested: You have the option to decline the invitation by clicking “Not Interested.” The job post will be removed from your “Jobs with Invitation to Apply” list, as well as from your “Saved Jobs” list if the job has been saved.
Please note: Employers may ask you to complete screening questions as part of your application. There will be a maximum of 5 screening questions, and all questions will need to be completed before submitting your application.
