Making an Offer on HUGO

You sent an offer to a candidate on HUGO.


Here's what's next:


  1. Job Awarded: Once the candidate accepts your offer, the status you see on their profile card will change to "Candidate Onboarding".
  2. Onboarding Checklist: The candidate will receive a standard onboarding checklist, including a background check.
  3. HUGO Support: Our team will work with them to ensure timely completion of all checklist items.
  4. Specific Tasks: If you have specific onboarding tasks you'd like the candidate to complete before project start, contact your dedicated HUGO Client Service Team: [email protected].
  5. Start Date: Once all tasks are complete and the background check passes, your consultant is ready to work!
