  • The Learning Lab: Access LinkedIn Learning, Thomson Reuters, and RGP-created content through our cutting-edge Learning Lab, powered by Workday Learning. This is your gateway to high-quality learning resources and tools.

  • Professional Development Stipend: Once you've completed 1,500 life-to-date hours with RGP and are either active or on an approved leave, you’re eligible for a $250 stipend annually to cover professional development expenses. This stipend can be used for courses, certifications, and other learning-related expenses, with a maximum of $500 if rolled over to the next year.
