Yes! If you have reviewed all of your candidate submissions and determined that they are not the right fit for your job, you will have the opportunity to request new candidates.
To Request New Candidates:
- Log in to your HUGO Dashboard and select the job on your "My Jobs" page
- Select the candidate card available on your job, the Candidate's status reflects their status against your job, which may include: invite sent, interview sent, offer sent or rejected. (see screenshot below).
- If you have rejected all available candidates, you can request a new list of candidates.
- Click "other great candidates" on the candidate's profile, then select "Request New Candidates", this will alert our team that you are ready to review a new list of candidates (screenshot below).
