Great work, you submitted a job post on HUGO! From here, there are a few ways to start interacting with candidates:
Once you submit your job post:
- Matches Available... Once you submit your job, you may be presented with up to 10 matched candidates to review. This first group is algorithmically determined based on your requirements. The candidates shown may not necessarily be available for your specific talent need, so we only show you a snapshot, not the whole candidate profile.
- Your feedback on these candidates will help your dedicated HUGO client service team curate a qualified pool of top candidates who are confirmed to be available and interested for you to consider.
- "Invite to Apply" - If you like the backgrounds of the candidates you see, you can "Invite them to Apply" and we will alert them of your interest. If they are available and interested, they will apply to your open job and our Team will review their application for fit against the criteria of your job.
- "Not a Fit" - If you feel the candidate is not what you are looking for, simply click "Next Candidate" and that will help inform us of your preferences.
- Your feedback on these candidates will help your dedicated HUGO client service team curate a qualified pool of top candidates who are confirmed to be available and interested for you to consider.
- No Matches Showing?.... Don't worry, the HUGO Talent team is hard at work finding candidates who match your specific needs and will have candidates for you to look over soon.
From the "My Candidates" tab:
- Log in to your HUGO dashboard and select the "My Candidates" tab from the left menu.
- Select the candidate's profile and click "Invite to Apply".
- You will be able to invite the candidate to apply to any of the open job posts on your HUGO account.
Please note: you can invite candidates to multiple jobs by selecting the check boxes next to each job.
