1. Job Matches on Your Dashboard
- How It Works: Once you create your profile and log in to your dashboard, you may already see job matches that align with your skills and background. These matches are generated algorithmically based on the information you've provided.
- What This Means: The jobs displayed on your dashboard indicate roles for which you might be a fit. To provide the most relevant matches, HUGO only shows you job previews at first.
- Why Feedback Matters: Reviewing and providing feedback on these matches helps your dedicated HUGO team refine future job suggestions, ensuring you receive a more tailored list of roles suited to your skills and availability.
2. "Invite to Apply"
Getting an Invite: If a hiring manager views your profile and thinks you might be a strong fit for their role, they can Invite to you to Apply to express their interest.
What Happens Next: When invited, you’ll receive a notification. If you’re available and interested in the role, you can apply directly from your dashboard. The HUGO team will review your application to ensure it matches the job criteria.
Tip: If you decide that a role isn’t a fit, simply select “Next Candidate” to keep receiving the most relevant opportunities.
