Responding to and Managing Interviews

Here’s a simple guide to help you efficiently respond to interview invitations directly from your HUGO dashboard:

1. Log In to Your HUGO Dashboard

Start by logging into your HUGO account and navigating to your dashboard. In the Action Items section, you’ll see options such as "Invite to Apply," "Invite to Interview," and "Invite to Offer."

2. Navigate to Interview Requests

Click on Interview Requests in your dashboard. If you have multiple invites, select the job you’d like to interview for. This will bring you to the specific interview invite for that job.

3. Enter Your Response

Once you've selected the job, click Enter Your Response. An interview modal will open, where you’ll have the option to choose from three available time slots provided by the client. If none of the times work for you, click "I'm unavailable during these hours". The client will receive a notification prompting them to provide new time slots.


If, after reviewing the job, you decide that it’s not a fit for you, you can also choose to Decline the Job. This will let the client know that you are no longer available for their job.

4. Wait for the Client's Response

After submitting your availability or declining, the client will either request a new interview with updated times or withdraw the request altogether if necessary.
